What are the care requirements for Dupont Zodiaq ® countertops?
The upkeep for DuPont Zodiaq ® is simple, as these nonporous quartz countertops are stain and chemical resistant, as well as heat and scratch resistant. Although DuPont Zodiaq ® is resistant to heat and scratches, it is advised to use a hot pad or trivet for extremely hot things being placed on the countertop, and to use a cutting board for cutting or chopping instead of cutting directly on the surface.
Dupont Zodiaq ® keeps its shiny surface for years, and has no need for waxing or sealing because it is durable and nonporous. Because of it’s stain resistant nature, the only care that Dupont Zodiaq ® needs is to be wiped with a damp cloth or paper towel. If the mess is resistant, a non-abrasive glass and surface cleaner (without bleach) can be used.
